At Mind Flux we are all about helping new artists flourish as well as giving props to the masters that have come before us. In this new blog post series we are going to every month or so showcase a selection of tracks that we have found while digging around on various websites.

Reverse Stereo: Music Takes Control

The thing about this track I love is the rolling relentless drums and bass groove which really help to power the production and keep the track moving. I also find the structure rather old school in its chops and changes.

Lamm: Somnum

Having known this artist over the past year I can confirm how hard he has worked to create some great productions. And Somnum is a pure banger and would not be out of place in the late hour sets of DJ’s gracing the stages of Berlins finest clubs Bergheim and Tresor

Joe Raw: Shaman (Ayahuasca Mix)

One thing all these productions share is there relentless driving nature that really leaves you feeling energised. The lead sounds in this track are great to, the deep old school stab and trance ish lead line.

Josh Wink: Selecta (Reworked by Goldfader)

You really can not go wrong with a Acid line, even thou the 303 has limited controls it continues to create a huge amount of soul and importance in a track helping move it forward.

Blade Runner: Maceo Plex Renaissance Remix

Thou this is on the lighter side of “dark” techno I have always felt maceo plex even when doing his popier sounding house music still has a real dark edge his music.  And being a blade runner fan this rework really resonates with me. The feel of the dark streets of a make believe future world really comes through in this production.
