The presets are the main event, of course, and they don’t disappoint, conjuring a rich assortment of dark, imposing basses, sequences, plucks, chords, pads and leads. Handy macro assignments make every patch immediately manipulable, and while there are no new wavetables on which to base your own programming adventures, at just a tenner, we can’t argue.”
